CHANGES
A client/s is not entitled to change the tour or activity. Booking once confirmed. In order to change a booking, the original booking must be settled and cancelled as per terms and conditions for cancellation to effect such change.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Company will not be held responsible for any compensation to the Client if the Company have to change the tour or activity (or any part of it) and/or cancel the tour or activity due to Force Majeure, namely war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other external circumstance beyond the Company’s control.

PAYMENT
The payment of the relevant tour fare must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of departure of the relevant tour. If such sums have not been paid in full when a booking is confirmed, we may at any time within 4 weeks prior to the date of departure cancel the booking. Late payments may, however, be accepted on an availability basis at our sole discretion. The bank fees for transfers of payments for tours, excursions, and transfers are for the cost of the client and not the company as referred to in the above description of the company.

APPLICABILITY
These Terms and conditions govern all Bookings you made with us and to any liability we may have in relation to that Booking Upon receipt of a Booking form or inquiry by us a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Fare (‘Deposit) per person has to be paid by you. When making a booking, our contract with you begins when we receive payment of the deposit from you or the agent, and you (and/ or your agent) receive a booking confirmation from us. When you make a booking, you accept these Terms and conditions, and you also accept them on behalf of all members of your party. You are also responsible for the payment of the Fare/s due from each and every member of your party. Upon cancellation the Deposit will be refunded only if the Company is not able to accommodate the Client on the requested Tour or activity for the following reasons: (i) The Activity or Tour is fully booked; or (i) The minimum number required for each Activity or Tour is not reached; and/or (ii) The Activity or Tour is cancelled for reasons beyond our control in accordance with terms of this Terms and Conditions.

A purchase order must be received within 7 days of making the booking if the arrival date is more than 30 days out.
A purchase order must be received within 72 hours of making the booking if the arrival date is more than 15 days and less than 30 days out.
A purchase order must be received within 24 hours of making the booking if the arrival date is less than 15 days out .

The above is a guideline and can be amended by the company and may be amended depending on the activities / force majeure / activities taken.

Responsibilities
Chobe Travelling Agency acts solely as an intermediary in arranging travel services and can not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel.

Traveller’s Information
All travellers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (e.g., names as per passport, travel dates, etc.). Any discrepancies may result in additional fees or denial of service.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Botswana.
